I love living in an area that has four distinct seasons. So, I drew the Four Elements and the seasons as a symbol of the cycle of life on earth – Earth and spring; Air and summer; Fire and fall; and Water and winter. The Fifth Element, Metal, is shown as eight keys, each representing a chakra. Take a visual and meditative journey through the drawing, allow yourself to be undistracted, and feel the celebration that comes with communing with Mother Earth. There are also animals in each season – can you find them?
